Job Description
This is a HRBP/HR Generalist position:
Work within the company Plant(s), set up and analyze organizational issues, and to plan and execute solutions.
-Organization design, verification and planning of appropriate personnel
-Recruitment (full-time, temporary, part-time workers) and introductory training
-Human resource retention
-Stocking employee skills, consulting skills development tools
-Performance management and performance evaluation
-C&B management (payroll, bonus, hourly pay)
-Time management, review and planning of work system
-Employee relations
Requirements
Generalist with experience in multiple HR business areas (eg hiring, training & development, system planning, payroll, performance evaluation, employment relations etc.)
Business level Japanese
English ability to write reports
PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience in problem setting and analysis, solution planning
Logical communication
