One of the largest and most famous luxury brands in the world is looking for a Visual Coordinator Administrator.
Job Description
This position will be responsible for building strong partnerships with the Global team and members of the cross-functional team. Support the Visual Merchandiser team's performance, growth and goals. Coordinating daily activities are across designated teams to facilitate responsibilities. Consistently providing timely and insightful feedback to direct/indirect reports with to local and global teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Provide VMs (Visual Merchandisers) with feedback following receipt of their store visit PPTS
•update & preparation of visual guideline PPTs/PDFs
•forwarding of email updates from Global regarding latest visual display/merchandising
•Ongoing collaboration with Merchandising to understand seasonal product strategies
•placing tool orders for store openings & store replenishment orders with Italy
•follow up with stores on their tool order requests
•maintain tool inventory/manage tool stockroom
•update Visual office
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
•Minimum 2-3 years professional experience in an administrator position
•Excellent organizational skills
•Fluent in English (Especially in written and verbal) and Native in Japanese
•Ability to work within budget and cross sourcing/costing to maximize efficiency and costing
•Strong attention to detail and Ability to priorities and meet deadlines
•Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel skill
•Very flexible with hours of work
•Comfortable with ambiguity and easily adaptable to change in an ever-changing environment
