Job Description
-Preparing supplier payments and employee expense reimbursements
-Verifying corporate credit card transactions
-Verifying employee expenses and time sheets
-Processing monthly bank reconciliation
-Journal entry into the system(SAP)
-Creating, sending and following up on invoices
Requirements
1 or 2 years of accounting experience
Business-level speaking in Japanese and English required
Prior experience at foreign company preferred
