Job Description
- Act as a business partner and add value in analyzing actual costs, planning costs and initiatives
- Play a leading role in budgeting and rolling forecast processes for G&A, Marketing & Communication, Warehouse & Logistics, and IT
- Control compliance and improve the usage of company's resources
- Work closely with internal and external auditors
- Improve efficiency for company's finance
Requirements
- Japanese (native), English (business)
- 5 years of experience in accounting or controllership
- Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
- Strong analytical mind
- Experience in retail is a plus
