Company Overview<br/>One of the top-tier global insurance firm, well established in Japan with multiple locations is looking to expand its Facility team.<br/><br/>Job Description<br/>Main responsibilities will be included<br/>Manage and manage some or all of the work related to construction and maintenance. <br/>-Create a schedule for work implementation and coordinate with related parties. <br/>-Obtain a quote for the vendor involved in the operation, and select the best vendor. <br/>-Lead a work team, including internal stakeholders and vendors involved in the work, to complete the work. <br/>-After completion of the work, report to manager and complete process such as payment to vendor and archiving.<br/><br/>Requirements<br/>-Facility Management project on management knowledge and experience, or similar career <br/>-Good relationship management force and negotiation skills <br/>-English is prefer.<br/><br/>Additional Job Information<br/>※This position is facility manager of junior position so the skill required is basic.<br/><br/>
