Expert in SAP SD skill, 7-10 years of experience in SAP support engagement, exposure to onsite/offshore model is added advantageHelp resolving high priority incidents immediately. Good knowledge in other SAP module & critical processes like month end closing, Order taking, GI issue, GR issue, etc.Onsite coordinator for LTI support team to manage SAP Application support and new scope additions. Help managing communication in local language.Collaborative working with offshore to resolve issues and help bridging knowledge gaps with offshore team members.LTI’s face to customer end users. Represent LTI to Japan user/IT communities and give support in SAP through SERVICE NOW incidentsJoin non-SERVICE NOW communication in local language, and coordinate with offshore team.Make users follow the SERVICE NOW process, ensure no shoulder tapping. Help customer in making the change management in user community
