Assistant English Teacher in Japan

We are seeking Assistant Language Teachers (ALTs) for posting at public schools for the April 2020 - March 2021 school year. Positions will be available in the Tokyo area, Yokohama, Saitama, Chiba and Ibaraki Areas.


Main Responsibilities

 Enrich English lessons for public school students aged nine to fifteen
 Team teaching and collaborative lesson planning with Japanese teachers
 Making educational materials for elementary and/or junior high school students
 Motivate students to enjoy English

Other Details

 Salary: 9,000-12,000 yen/day (varies by location)
 Monday-Friday, between 8:00am and 4:30pm
 Visa sponsorship
 Paid holidays

Requirements

 Must hold or be eligible for an appropriate visa
 Associates, Bachelor's degree or higher
 Native or native-like proficiency in English
