Job Description
Due to massive expansion and work demands from their clients they are looking for a Managing Consultant to join their HR Consulting team.
This role will focus on the Areas of Organizational Development , Talent Development and Diversity and Inclusion.
Requirements
The priority for this Hire is to find someone with a solid consulting skillset , who can take responsibility for Project planning , labor allocation and ongoing control of complex largescale projects.
You will work closely with Senior Management to build on existing processes and work towards excellence in all areas.
You will currently be working in a similar role and looking for a wider scope of responsibilty.
