It was founded in the late 90's and they have the biggest market share within the Japan market for their wide range of software offerings. Currently, the company’s leading ERP software has been acquired one of the biggest private equity firms and they are in the process of streamlining the effectiveness within the finance department. Due to this change for positive growth, they are looking for new headcounts to join their growing and expanding finance division.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Daily bookkeeping tasks
- Participate in monthly and year-end closing
- Monthly Balance sheet reconciliation and substantiation
- Consolidating actual operating performance and reporting
- Checks and justifies account balances
- Manage of AP issues including risk management, insurance, payment tracking
- Manage of AR and Credit limit and CAPEX status accordingly
- Execute in account settlement at fiscal year end
- Assist Budget and Forecast process
- Providing in-depth analytics to key business performance drives
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in Finance & Accounting experience
- Fluent Japanese language ability
- Excellent communication skill and proactive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and comfortable working independently
