Job Description
Sales Support Activities
- Process work orders
- Maintenance of license database and delivery of the license
- Generation of quotation for renewal license
Administration for Department staff
- Administrative support (Expense report, purchase order, visitor, etc.)
- Filing of sales documents and agreements
Support Sales Promotion / Marketing activities
- Maintain customer database
- Administrative support for sales events
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in a sales support or relevant role.
- Personality: Responsible, Self starter, Can take initiative.
- Desirable experience Sales, Marketing support experience.
- Advanced experience with MS office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint )
