Job Description
Executive Assistant to non Japanese VP:
- Project/event Management
- Schedule/Calendar/Time Management
- Maintaining the VP’s contact list, files and documents
- Assisting meeting agendas taking minutes
- Travel arrangement including internal approval processing, transportation & hotel booking and expense claim
- Coordinating meetings/luncheon meetings for internal/external visitors
- Basic interpretation and translation for the VP
- People Management (7 Group Assistant under this position)
Requirements
- Language Skills: English (Fluent level including verbal communication, reading and writing skills)
- PC Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
