Job Description
1. Assist to manage Japan’s e-commerce activities in line with the company’s business objectives
and priorities.
2. Maximize sales through Japan’s e-commerce platforms (Desktop/Tablet & Smart Phone),
while maintaining brand integrity in line with other offline channels (such as stores and advertising)
3. Improve digital marketing methodology for e-commerce, in close partnership with internal and external
partners.
4. Manage implementation of e-commerce strategy encompassing merchandise plan, customer
experience, system infrastructure, transaction and shipping operation.
5. Assist Direct Marketing Manager and Marketing Group Director in the development of plans, reports and
presentations.
Requirements
1.Experience in digital marketing planning, execution management and follow-up evaluation.
2. Experience of working in international business environment(s). Strong English proficiency (in both
speaking and writing)
3. Professionally and personally mature person, with high interpersonal communication skills
4. Strategic thinker with high analytical skills
5. Project management skills
6. Goes beyond given role/anticipated path to achieve bigger results
