Logistics Manager (manages around 4 ppl)
Requirements
- Strong Retail/ Apparel / Luxury industry background
- Management experience
- Good experience in overall logistics functions
- Hands-on type with flexible mindset
- Business level English skills
- Salary budget: 8-11 (if 11, expected more versatility)
- Salary structure: base 16 + performance 10%
- No of ppl in the office: 67
- Reporting line: CFO (working there long time, knows the brand very well, male, early 50s, Hong Kong nationlity, speaks almost native Japanese, been in Japan from young age)
- Team members: Assistant Manager 1, QC 2 + Admin support Temp 0.5
- Culture: warito Italy brand, not conservative, open to innovation and new ideas. For ex: alwas doing promotion with celebriity, atrashii, seihin
