One of the oldest fashion brands headquartered in US is actively searching for QC Manager. In Japan, their brand is well-known and the business is growing rapidly.
Job Description
-Adjusting the gap between quality standards as a global brand and quality standards in the Japanese market and maintaining the provision of products of appropriate quality.
-Establish, update, and maintain global quality standards in collaboration with the Global Quality Team (GQ)
-To minimize loss of opportunity due to defective products, lead quick planning of measures, internal adjustments and execution, and prompt compensation negotiations with GQ to contribute to the achievement of financial targets.
-Draft and execute a defective product reduction plan and regularly reporting defective products to GQ.
-Team management and coaching to contribute to the development of subordinates
Requirements
- Business level English
- Experience in Apparel / fashion industry
- Quality Control experience
- In addition, customer service experience is preferred
