Job Description
As a Sales Logistics Specialist, primary responsibilities will include being responsible for logistics and warehouse operation. In addition, salessupport duties will be assigned if needed.
セールスロジスティクススペシャリストとして、主に下記ロジスティクスや倉庫オペレーション業務をお任せします。
また、必要に応じて営業サポート業務をご担当頂きます。
【LOGISTICS / WAREHOUSE】
Be a delivery point in Japan office and develop effective logistics / warehouse operation
日本オフィス内におけるデリバリーポイントとしてオフィスからの配送を担当しながら効果的なロジスティクスと倉庫の連携構築
Visit outsourced warehouse and instruct packing and delivery methods to our buyers
委託先倉庫を訪問しパッキングやバイヤーへの配送指導
Monthly report of stock balance to Finance department
月末在庫報告
Communication with 3PL providers when applicable.
必要に応じて委託先3PL業者との連絡
Liaise with the logistics department in China office to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability.
中国オフィスのロジスティクス部門と連携し、予定通りの配送・ストック維持調整
Compile any data requested by account buyers such as; tracking info, delivery deadlines, quantities and any sales sheets.
トラッキング情報・配送期限・配送数量等、各バイヤーにより依頼されたデータの集計
【SALES】
Process incoming orders and check data accuracy in our ordering system in addition to our vendor’s system in order to approve orders formultiple EC channels and offline retailers
受注受付後、自社システム及び倉庫システムへオーダー入力しデータ整合性をチェック
Provides reports of all performance indicators are compiled on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for sales managers to utilize in performancereview of employees and sales.
セールスマネジャーへ月次/四半期/年次ベースでの売上予測レポート作成・共有し在庫維持
Entering and uploading content on EC platforms as requested
必要に応じてECプラットフォームへの入力・コンテンツアップロード
Perform other relevant duties and office administrative tasks as assigned.
必要に応じてその他関連業務及びオフィスアドミニストレーション業務
Requirements
A minimum of three years of logistics / warehouse operation experience
ロジスティクス・倉庫オペレーション経験3年以上
Good communication skills to include both verbal and written (Japanese and English)
日本語と英語の十分な読み書き能力
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Google office SuiteMicrosoft
オフィスおよびG-Suite中級レベル以上
Passion for learning about own products

Some local travel may be necessary.
