Job Description
• Liaising with the client for coordination of case processing and related activities
• Contributing to resource planning, work capacities and managing the workload
• Ensuring communication of important decisions / policies discussed with the senior management to the team members
• Responsible for monitoring project budget and supporting preparation of invoices
• Maintaining an overview of the quality of work, and ensuring that project quality and compliance targets are met
• Involved in inspection readiness activities for the team • Providing support in internal and external audits and inspections and ensuring that corrective actions are implemented as appropriate
• Identifying and promoting team members with leadership qualities
• Identifying and addressing any inter-personal issues within the team
• Maintaining an awareness of the various performance issues of the individual members and
communicating them to the Project Oversight Responsible/Senior management
• Managing/coordinating short-term projects under supervision of client counterparts, as required
• Responding to clients in a timely manner • Interacting with internal or external stakeholders to resolve issues related to the project work
• Maintaining an excellent knowledge of client’s procedures, conventions, guidelines and international drug safety regulations
• Maintaining an awareness of Japan regulatory reporting obligations and organizing workload to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory timelines
• Providing training to team members on an ongoing basis, and when processes/procedures are updated, or when new procedures are introduced
