Our client is a multinational listed Japanese firm that provides a variety of diversified offerings in Japan. They are currently looking for a capable Accounting Manager to join their team in Tokyo.
Job Description
The Accounting Manager is in charge of the financial planning and management of the company in Japan. Responsibilities include:
- Monthly Closing and Forecasting
- Work closely with the Head of Finance based locally
- Prepare and forecast relevant financial KPIs and reports
- Take the lead and oversee AP/AR/GL and Closing
- Managing 3-5 staff members and oversee the day to day operations within the department
Requirements
- 6 years of experience within an accounting position
- JGAAP and USGAAP or IFRS knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in English (Business) and Japanese (Fluent)
- Bachelors' Degree or greater
