Work details
What you will do:
- identify business expansion opportunities, analyze market, and target new business in the Japanese automotive sector;
- set strategy and grow revenue in the automotive industry vertical;
- have full responsibility for RTB House sales activities in the Japanese automotive sector;
- build effective network in the Japanese automotive sector;
- execute customer communications – personal and via telephone or email, in line with standards and processes;
- respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
- provide specific information regarding the company’s services and products;
- assist customers from the automotive sector in the process of launching ad campaigns;
- obtain, review and process orders;
- develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge;
- provide reports.
Requirements:
- experience in managing online advertising campaigns for clients from the automotive industry;
- experience working in a digital environment on the Japanese market;
- extensive knowledge of automotive sector and online advertising markets in Japan,
- ability to understand needs and requirements of customers from the automotive industry and translate these into profitable solutions for both the customers and the company;
- English competence would be a strong plus
- knowledge of customer support tools and processes;
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to develop the business;
- well-developed verbal and written communication skills;
