Job Description
Primary Job Responsibilities include the following;
- Underwriting and Deal Due Diligence
- Structuring
- Closing negotiations
- Financing
Requirements
- 3 plus years of experience real estate investment company or securities company
- English ability - mainly reading and writing but come conversational ability as well.
