Job Description
• In charge of Retail sales with full ownership of topline
• Accountable for driving store revenue, establish annual planning and monthly target for all retail stores
• Provide leadership and foster the team building and working relationship through coaching and mentoring.
• Responsible in planning store activities and promotions to meet budget, enhance brand together with Marketing manager.
Requirements
• More than 5 years of experience managing retail stores and office staffs.
• Excellent in communication presentation skills, both Japanese & English (business).
• Highly motivated, a team player with excellent communication skills.
