Job Description
- Issuing and sending out invoices, do some balance check and processing payments.
- Have to do some bank transfer.
- Do some back office administration tasks, such as general affairs shipment of mail, newsletter, mobile phone management, ordering of stationery, etc.
- President's secretary; manage the travel expenses settlement, business trip arrangement, restaurant reservation, etc.
Requirements
- Fluent Japanese and Basic English.
- Experience in AR or accounting field before.
- Experience in back office administration before is preferred.
