Job Description
Title: Finance & Operations Director / ファイナンス・オペレーション ディレクター

Finance & Operations Director will take responsibility for the finance and business affairs and all operations of this company. They will be responsible for the company budget, effective and efficient operational management and managing a range of relationships across and outside the company, working closely with the Managing Director of Japan Office.

The position will be based in Tokyo but may be required to travel overseas in accordance with the Company’s usual procedures on business travel.

ファイナンス・オペレーション ディレクターは財務および社内すべてのオペレーションを担当します。会社の予算、効果的かつ効率的なオペレーション管理、および社内外のさまざまな関係の管理を日本事務所のマネージングディレクターと一緒にしていただきます。

基本的には東京のオフィスで働いていただきますが、必要に応じて海外出張もお願いします。

Requirements
-Experience as an accountant
-Responsible for all tax-related tasks
-Knowledge for IFRS16 and other IFRS transaction
-Conversational English language skills, as well as writing skills
-Communication skills and a positive mindset
-Experience of life outside Japan either through business or personal traveling is preferable!
