Job Description
Purpose:
• Successfully lead planning and execution of events for Healthcare Professionals organized by Medicine Division (types of events include but not limited to: “Scientific exchange meetings”, “Advisory board meetings” and “Scientific Interviews”)
• Contribute to and collaborate with Go-to-Market colleagues on ad-hoc projects
Key Job Accountabilities:
• Smoothly organize coordinate, and manage effective execution of events organized by Medicine keeping key timeline and key milestones in close collaborating with stakeholders, maintaining in alignment with ICP (Integrated Customer Plan)
• Properly contract with Healthcare Professionals
• Keep prompt and courteous communication with stakeholders; build and maintain trustworthy relationship between HCP and customer facing functions
• Serve the needs of every TA (therapeutic areas) to organize events smoothly
• Effectively manage external vendors/agencies in securing needed resources (venues, equipment and staff) for the event
• Properly process internal operating procedures (e.g. compliance check, purchasing order process, payment process, etc.)
• Improve operational efficiency for event to reduce time spent for preparation.

• At least 5 years of work experience in Medical field
• Working knowledge and experience in organizing/managing Medical events participated by Healthcare Professionals
• Effective communicator (written and verbal) and ability to interact with multi departments in Japanese and in English.
• Track record in successfully leading cross-functional projects, involving multiple stakeholders into successful outcomes
• Able to lead in cross-functional & matrix environment
• Project management skill, stakeholder management skill
• Comfortable in multi-tasking, simultaneously working on multiple projects
• Ability to make sound judgment autonomously to deal with irregular situations
• Leaning agility and flexibility, adapting to frequently changing environment
