Job Description
To support the quality control activities in warehouses and to make
sure the quality of the products is in line with the Japan market
customer expectation


Products compliance:
o Caution tags management;
o Washing instructions management;
o Composition label management;
o Formaldehyde compliance test management;

Quality Control activities:
o Samples’ check and pre-sales campaign meeting with MD team for
reporting the products characteristics;
o Analyzing information about products get from buyers;
o Claim management;
o Metal detector inspection management;
o Products inspection management;
o Products’ trouble management;

Reporting and communication activities:
o Defected products’ report for Operations;
o QC product list for warehouse;
o Caution tag report;

Requirements
o At least 5 years experience in QA
o Industry experience in Fashion companies
o Good knowledge of Excel
