Job Function / Position: SAP Specialist

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Annual income 6,500,000 Japanese Yen (JPY) - 7,800,000Japanese Yen (JPY)

Role & Responsibility

User support in SAP SD module & EDI using SAP IDoc

This role needs to communicate with business users and resolve both system and operation point of view.

Investigates, resolves and escalates the problems in SAP sales module
Monitors & resolves the problem in SAP IDoc for outbound process & inbound process(Sales order, Shipping notification, Shipping confirmation)
Communicates with VAN vendors in the case of any issue
Enhancement support in the related system with SAP (Interface system, Japan local system)
Understand & Analyzes end user operations, their strengths and weaknesses, and provides a recommendation from both system and operation.
Communicates with business team, and designs the solution
Communication with Global team for RFC(Request For Change) and solving a difficult problem

Experience & Knowledge

Implementation experience of designing the solution according to business requirements in SAP logistics module(SD, MM) for 3-5 year
Experience to support business user in SAP logistics module(SD, MM)
Knowledge in SAP IDoc
Better if knowledge in SAP MM & FICO, and also interface system
Native Japanese to communicate with users, English for working with Global team
