Job Description
Role:
・Labour Specialist
As a member of the labour team, you will be in charge of labor affairs of group companies.
・Maintenance and operation of attendance system
・Industrial physician support
・Response to inquiries from other employees
・Create and check contract documents
At first, you will be engaged in the above-mentioned work, and then you will be involved in work such as policy design and labour system introduction.
In addition, since many foreign national employees are enrolled in group companies, position also acquire English proficiency.
