Job Description
-Manage and lead the Finance and Accounting processes of the Japanese headquarter plus the Asian branches
-Planning of team strategy, team management, and member development
-Lead the launch of overseas branches from the aspect of business management
-Collect information, prepare documents necessary for setting up an overseas branch together with local audit firms, law firms, and accounting firms
-Based on the business process of the Japanese corporation, we will entrust you with business management and execution on the local branch
Requirements
・ Experience in a business management position (at least 3 years)
・ Knowledge of financial accounting and management accounting
・ Business level English ability
・ Experience of managing a team
・ Experience in project management
