Job Description
セールスサポートマネジャーとして、セールスオペレーションのサポート業務全般を担っていただきます。
レポートラインは米国となるため高い英語力が必要となるポジションです。
• Daily interface with various departments to ensure compliance and support for all sales channels.
• Performs a thorough review of agent applications to determine qualifications have been met.
• Monitor daily enrollment activity for errors and help fix them.
• Maintain relationships with third party sales and operational vendors.
• Distribute training material to sales team based on direction from sales management.
• Responsible for maintaining enrollment systems.
• Build sales activity reports using CRM database.
• Pack, mail, and track in-person sales collateral deliveries.
• Assist with other sales support projects as needed.
Requirements
• 5 years of sales support experience.
• Fluent in Japanese and English.
• Self-motivated. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
• An understanding of how a CRM database works.
• Proficiency with MS Office and can create presentations if needed.
Energy, Telecom, or other deregulated market experience a plus.
