Job Description
The role and responsibility for this role includes below but not limited to;
-Develop design recommendation and provide implementation plans for revising compensation and benefit programs for all employee groups. (Management, regular employees, union employees.).
-Develop survey strategy and do benchmarking of the jobs with multiple venders, analyze market survey results, design and recommend pay ranges, and structures as needed.
-Plan and operate annual pay increase process for managers and unionized employees in alignment with Global guideline.
-Serve as a consultant to HR Business Partners to resolve compensation issues and provide recommendation based on the knowledge of compensation programs
-Provide communication of compensation & benefit programs
-Partner with HR Business Partners with business group on the day-to-day compensation actions including; equity adjustments, promotions, hiring salary, demotion, reclassifications to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
-May lead multi-functional teams in the completion of Compensation & Benefit projects
Requirements
More than 5-7years of experience in C&B, or related function
Strategic and logical thinking
Project management and facilitation skill
Strong analysis skills with data management.
Team Player and able to work with multiple stakeholders
Problem solving skill
Good communication in Japanese and in English
