• MS Officeの優れた知識

Job Description
This technical position for Evidian Identity & Governance Management products includes:
• Delivering technical support to customers
• Providing Professional Services to customers
• Delivering timely training and technical workshops to partners
• Providing Sales team with pre-sales support
• Participating in the localization of the products and manuals
• Elaborating solutions and architecture that answers to customer’s advanced requirements

Additional Qualifications below would be a plus
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
• Knowledge of Oracle database
• Knowledge in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of network protocols
• Knowledge of federation technology (SAML)

Requirements
必須の技術スキル
次の技術スキルが必要です。
• IAM/IGAソリューションのサポートに3年以上の経験があること
• Webテクノロジ:Apache、HTTP、HTML、JavaScript
• Java、PHPでのプログラミング経験
• OS:Linux、Windows
• ディレクトリ:LDAP、Active Directory
• データベース:MySQL

また、技術文書作成の経験も期待されている。

Essential Technical Skills
The following technical skills are required:
• At least 3 year experience with support of an IAM / IGA solution
• Web technology: Apache, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript
• Programming experience with Java, PHP
• OS: Linux, Windows
• Directory: LDAP, Active Directory
• Database: MySQL

The candidate is also expected to have some experience in technical documentation.
