Job Description
The Services Architect (SA) is part of the pre-sales team supporting Services Sales Consultants(SSC’s) and the account team by designing
tailored customer solutionsin support of NCR and Multivendor hardware and software combinationsfor the retail industry
POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
● The SA is focused on presales and design of Global Services including Managed Services.
● The SA is also responsible for assessing the various cost elements of the solution, ensuring it is technically feasible and profitable.
● The SA is accountable for obtaining all internal approvals before submission of the proposal to the customer.
● The SA leads the creation of the customer contract and runs customer negotiations until signature.
Requirements
● 5+ years of pre-sales and service solution design experience in a technology environment.
● Industry specialization in retail
● Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required.
A graduate degree is a plus.
● International work experience or experience working with a global team is preferred.
● Ability to work in the local language of the location for the position
● Ability to work in English with the global and corporate teams
• A technical and/or operations background is highly desirable
• ITIL4 certification and 18020000 experience and/or accreditation
