Job Description
・ビジネスとデータ戦略の徹底的な理解
　・データ戦略とシステムの設計と導入
　・技術チームをリードし、チームのモチベーション向上および管理
　・データの収集、保管、管理、品質、保護
　・データプライバシーポリシーを理解し、GDPRや日本の個人情報保護法などのデータ保護規制の遵守
　・データから得られるインサイトに基づいて、どこでコストを削減し、どこで収益を上げるべきかの判断
　・データ収集の状況、価値、重要性に関する経営層や従業員への提案

Data officer is responsible for developing and governing our data and analytic vision, strategy, and execution, in order to drive business decisions and growth.
You will develop data procedures and policies, and work closely with various departments to collect, prepare, organize, protect, and analyze data assets while ensuring that the company meets industry best practices .
Other duties will include leading inter-disciplinary teams, improving and streamlining data systems within the company, and driving innovation.

◇Thorough understanding of the business and data strategy.
◇Designing and implementing data strategies and systems.
◇Leading, motivating, and managing technical teams.
◇Overseeing the collection, storage, management, quality, and protection of data.
◇Understanding data privacy policies and complying with data protection regulations such as GDPR and Japanese privacy law.
◇Determine where to cut costs and increase revenue based on insights derived from data.
◇Effectively communicate the status, value, and importance of data collection to executive members and staff.

Requirements
※データの経験がメイン（Privacy policyの経験は多少あればOK）
・データアナリティクスまたはデータサイエンスの上級職で5～10年以上の経験があること
・データ分析に関して組織や手法を構築してリードした経験や、データ分析の価値をビジネス全体や多様な聴衆に提案した経験
・データベースの設計・構築の経験
・マネジメント経験
・日本語、英語で会話を含む業務遂行が十分に可能であること

【言語】
日本語：　会話レベル（ネイティブレベル歓迎）
英語：　ビジネスレベル(ネイティブレベル歓迎)

◇Minimum of 5-10 year-experience in a senior Data Analytics or Data Science position.
◇Extensive experience in building and leading data analytic organization or practices as well as successful experience evangelizing/advocating for data analytics value across a business and to diverse audiences.
◇Experience designing and building Database.
◇Management experience.
◇Analytically minded.
◇Project management skills.
◇Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
◇Experience of working in global company and multicultural environment.
English: Business level (Native preferable)
Japanese: Conversational (Native preferable)
