We are recruiting people who can work as delivery manager, project managing our APS team!

While many companies are driving IT and digital transformation, there are still many obstacles for achieving IT utilization and digital transformation as their management envisions, mostly due to lack of know-hows and resources. We capitalize on our global know-hows that we have cumulated over many years, our advanced technological capabilities, and many success cases both in Japan and overseas countries. Because of these reasons we receive many inquiries from customers to solve their problems.
Specifically, we are looking for someone who can play active roles in the following Job Descriptions and Projects.
The role and mission will vary depending on your skill sets and the project you join, so we will explain this at the interview.


【職務内容：プロジェクトマネージャー / Job Descriptions: Project Manager】

1.日系/外資系企業の顧客に対してのプロジェクトマネジメント（リーダー）業務
（プロジェクト立上、計画策定、実行、モニタリング＆コントロール、クオリティコントロール、コスト・納期のマネジメント、ピープルマネジメント）
2.オフショア拠点を活用したプロジェクト推進
3.管理レベルでの顧客およびステークホルダーとの折衝
4.担当顧客に対するProgram Management

1. Take a role of project management (leader) for Japanese and foreign multi-national clients
(Project start-up, planning, implementation, monitor and control, quality control, cost and delivery management and people management)
2. Drive the project using offshore sites
3. Negotiate with the customer and stakeholders at the management level
4. Program Management for focus customer

Requirements
【登録資格】
■以下のような経験・知見をお持ちの方を歓迎します！
We welcome anyone who has the following experience and knowledge!

・システム開発、運用、保守におけるプロジェクトマネジメント、リーダー経験
・製造、航空、Hi-tech、製薬、建設、流通/小売、保険(生保/損保)、金融(銀行メイン)業界に向けたプロジェクト経験をお持ちの方
・3億円規模以上、20FTE規模のプロジェクトマネジメントの「ご経験
・アプリケーションアウトソーシングプロジェクトの経験
・アプリケーションのトランジション経験
・PMP保有者、英語力（オフショア経験者）、アジャイル開発経験者については尚可です。

・Project management or leadership experience in system development, operations and maintenance
・Project experience for the manufacturing, insurance, construction, distribution, retail and consumer goods industries.
・Experience in application transition
・PMP certificate, English communication skills (experience working with offshore resources); agile development experience is a plus.
