職務内容 - The Position:
This is an HR Operation Manager || 人事労務マネージャーposition.
The business's constant expansion in Japan leads to an increase the needs of their HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening Japan’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. As the Japan office HR Operation Manager, you will conceive practical and creative ways to engage the best leading talent in the market. The team is driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to our candidates and hiring managers. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high tenacity in challenging situations.
The HR Operation Manager's typical day looks like this:
- Provide daily support to employees related to HR inquiries, such as company work rules and HR programs.
- Manage relationship with vendors for payroll, compensation & benefit, and manage and oversees payroll and social insurance procedure.
- Review and implement new benefit programs for Japan local employees based on Japanese labor law.
- Collaborate with the global HR team, and launch new HR programs in digital transformation such as benefit tools.
- Be an ambassador of the company’s culture, values, and mission in daily life to drive employee engagement.
- In charge of HR systems data management, HR data analysis, and other ad-hoc HR programs to improve HR efficiency.
- Lead employee life cycle program, such as on/ off-boarding to make sure a good employee experience.
Requirements
- Proven successful achievement in managing payroll and social insurance procedures.
- Proactively engaged in driving and improving HR practices to support business goals.
- Passionate about the HR career and love challenges.
- Good communication skills in both English and Japanese.
