Job Description
The main responsibilities will include the following:
・Deal Execution - Deal documentation, Deal structuring, Negotiation with lenders, Modeling, Due Diligence, and all the processes of Data Center Acquisition except the sourcing.

Requirements
Execution experience in Acquisition 3 to 5 years above
Conversational English
University degree
