Work details
Main tasks:
1. As part of the Group's commercial strategies outlined at the Region level, it defines and implements the commercial and sales plan for the area of competence for DOS-FOS-Essence.
2. It is entirely responsible for achieving the sales objectives defined by the Regional Manager for all DOS and the FOS / Essence network of its competence.
3. As a main contact for customers who fall within his/her area of expertise.
4. Constantly monitors competition and market trends in order to develop the business in the area of competence and/or carry out scouting for new partners.
Responsibilities:
1. Budget / mix products/ marketing/Training (DOS/FOS/Essence)
2. DOS-FOS-Gallery management; including Customer management, store operations, resources management and business development.
Skill Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. >5 years working experience in sales and team management in the Japanese market. sales experience in the furniture indurstry is perferred;
3. Have the ability to solve problems independently, have the ability to working under pressure and challenges;
4. excellent leadership and team management skills; good at communication, coordination, sense of responsibility;
5. Fluent in spoken and written for both Japanese and English.
