Job Description
This is an HRBP position.
The business constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of their HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan branch’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. As a member of the regional HR team, you will conceive practical and creative ways to engage the best leading talent in the market. The team is driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to our candidates and hiring managers. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high tenacity in challenging situations.
Requirements
・Acts as partner and point of contact for sales director, area and district managers in Japan.
・Coaches and guides line management in the provision of credible and commercial solutions for people related organizational matters
・Can appropriately influence decisions in order to upskill management population and de-risk the organization
・Ensures alignment of people management for Japan Retail by working closely with the Senior HR Manager
・Supports Senior HR Manager to identify trends, and training needs in employee relations for the business and can provide on-side support on deliver training to upskill business managers
・Drives a practice where line managers take full ownership of their people related issues and can assist in getting the organization to adopt best practice in all areas of employee management
・Assists Senior HR Manager to work together with office and to provide advices of key talents within the organizations, ensures managers are enabled to manage their performance and career.
・Assists Senior HR Manage to do the diagnose for the people challenge and supports to develop the people action plan, ensure the implementation
・Takes ownership for providing feedback/inputs for HR policy & process to ensure the alignment with business prioritizes & strategies.
・Supports business leader on retail employee engagement and team culture promotion
