Job Description
業務内容 / RESPONSIBILITIES
・事業会社、金融機関へのさまざまな業務改善ならびに事業再構築にかかわるアドバイザリーサービス
・企業/事業の環境/現状/実態の調査・分析および課題の検討・解決策の追求
・ 企業の運転資本およびビジネスプロセスの管理状況の調査・分析を踏まえた、最適化などの諸施策の立案/実行の支援
・企業の内部管理体制の現状を踏まえた資金計画の策定支援
・事業再構築計画の内容検証、策定・実行支援
・傷んだ本業を立て直すための、企業の各戦略(商品戦略、販売戦略、組織戦略など)およびビジネスプロセスの見直しと、それらの実行支援
・Provide business improvement and restructuring related advisory services to makers and financial services clients
・Research and analysis of company’s current status and environment; and provide solutions to current issues and challenges
・Research and analysis of company’s working capital and management conditions of business processes; and provide / execute solutions to optimize client’s challenges
・Plan, support, and develop client’s working capital
・Verify, develop, and execute restructuring plans
・Review client’s strategy (product strategy, sales strategy, corporate strategy) and business processes in order to revamp client’s main business.
Requirements
・ 金融機関や一般事業会社、戦略系もしくは会計事務所系コンサルティングファームにおける企業/事業再編・再生分野での実務経験、もしくは財務・会計に関連する実務経験
・ 財務、金融法務 (企業再生を含む) の知識
・ 会計、会社法の知識 (尚可)
・ 優れたExcel、Power Point スキル
・ 優れたコミュニケーションスキル
・ CPA(日本・米国等)、MBA資格保持者歓迎
・ 基本的英語力必須(英語でのビジネス経験尚可)
・ 日本語力必須(ネイティブレベル)
・ 地頭の良い方、部門の価値観を共有出来る方
・ Hands-on experience in corporate/business restructuring and revitalization at financial institutions, corporations, strategic or accounting firm type consulting firms; or hands-on experience related to finance/accounting
・ Knowledge in finance and finance law (including corporate revitalization)
・ Knowledge in accounting and corporate law (preferable)
・ Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Power Point
・ Excellent communication skills
・ CPA (US/Japan), MBA degree is a plus
・ Basic English language proficiency (Preferably done business in English)
・ Japanese language is a must (native level)
・ Smart and intelligent; can share values of the team
