We provide various services such as EC, Fintech (Banks, Cards, Securities), Mobile, Sports business and so on. “Technology Services Division” to which the recruitment position belongs will be an organization that supports and empowers such services from an IT/ Tech.

EC、Fintech（銀行、カード、証券）、モバイル、スポーツビジネスなど様々なサービスを提供している会社です。今回の募集ポジションが所属する「テクノロジーサービス事業部」は、そのようなサービスをIT・技術面からサポート・支援する組織となります。

◇Department Overview /部門概要
This organization has a mission to contribute to each business at the viewpoint of “IT Procurement” and “IT finance”. We provide services in collaboration with “IT purchasing” whose mission is to reduce costs and implement purchasing progresses that comply with governance and compliance, and “IT Accounting “whose business is to manage IT budgets and IT assets.


IT Procurement is a department that has IT literacy as a procurement specializing in IT and is in charge of procurement of IT related products and services of our company and group companies.
The main business is “sourcing” in IT Procurement, which negotiates and coordinates with Vendor/Supplier for cost save, acquisition of better contract conditions, and building relationships with them.

In order to negotiate with more expertise, we are divided into the following three teams according to the products we handle.
“Infrastructure (servers, network devices, PCs, software)”
“Cloud (SaaS, public cloud)”
“Outsourcing (consulting, system development)”
Each team handles projects of various scales, from Enterprise to Start-Up company products and services.

当組織は、「IT調達」と「IT財務」の視点から各事業に貢献することをミッションとしています。ガバナンス・コンプライアンスに則った購買の推進とコスト削減をミッションとする「IT購買」と、IT予算とIT資産の管理をミッションとする「IT会計」が連携し、サービスを提供しています。

IT調達は、ITに特化した調達としてITリテラシーを持ち、当社およびグループ会社のIT関連製品・サービスの調達を担当する部門です。
IT調達の主な業務は「ソーシング」であり、コスト削減、より良い契約条件の獲得、ベンダー／サプライヤーとの関係構築のための交渉・調整を行います。

より専門性の高い交渉を行うため、取扱商材に応じて以下の3つのチームに分かれています。
"インフラ（サーバー、ネットワーク機器、PC、ソフトウェア）"
"クラウド（SaaS、パブリッククラウド）"
"アウトソーシング（コンサルティング、システム開発）"
各チームは、エンタープライズからスタートアップ企業の製品・サービスまで、様々な規模のプロジェクトを担当しています。

◇Position Details/ポジション詳細
The scope of IT procurement (sourcing) is the Procurement of all IT product of us and IT product that are used across domestic and overseas group companies.
The specific task to be carried out is as follows.
- Negotiation of conditions, quotation acquisition, contract adjustment with vendors.
- Coordination of requirements with request department
- Management and adjustment of prices, delivery dates, quality, contract and so on.
- Cooperation with operation team and various support

IT調達(ソーシング)の範囲は、当社の全IT製品及び国内外グループ会社で使用するIT製品の調達です。
具体的な業務内容は以下の通りです。
- ベンダーとの条件交渉、見積取得、契約調整
- 要求部門との要件調整
- 価格、納期、品質、契約等の管理・調整
- オペレーションチームとの連携、各種サポート

Requirements
■Mandatory Qualifications/必須要件
Have one of the following experiences
- Over 3 years of IT procurement experience
- Over 5years of sales / pre-sales experience in the categories listed below.
・IT-related hardware such as Server / Storage / Network Appliance
・Software used in various on-premises
- Public cloud (Azure, GCP, etc.)
- SaaS (CMR/CDN/Monitoring Tool/ Project Management tool, etc.)
- -3年以上のIT調達経験
- 下記カテゴリーにおける5年以上の営業/プリセールス経験
・サーバ、ストレージ、ネットワークアプライアンス等のIT関連ハードウェア
・各種オンプレミスで使用するソフトウェア
- パブリッククラウド（Azure、GCP等）
- SaaS（CMR/CDN/監視ツール/プロジェクト管理ツールなど）

Desired Qualification/歓迎要件
- English skills for negotiations with domestic / overseas vendors and group companies (TOEIC 800)
- System development outsourcing Procurement Negotiation experience and knowledge.
- 国内・海外ベンダー、グループ会社との交渉に必要な英語力（TOEIC800点以上）
- システム開発アウトソーシング調達交渉経験・知識
