Position for a global company in Tokyo. This is the opportunity to work in a fantastic environment with top of the market working condition.
職務内容 - The Position:
This is a [People Excellence Partner] position.
You will work closely with both Japan's local HR and APAC HR on a wide range of HR matters in a dynamic and dynamic D&I environment with a high degree of freedom, to provide the best employee service and create the best employee experience. In this role, you will also gain opportunities for both short- and long-term international assignments, with rotational opportunities in multiple positions within HR every few years.
Your typical day will be like:
Managing employee life cycle through on/off-boarding, daily HR inquires via partnership with people service team.
Be an advisor to managers and employees on topic of benefits, compensation and performance review, etc.
Facilitate HR related projects localization via collaborating with APAC HR.
Provide insights on improving HR workflow and process, HR system to continuously improve the HR service.
Support organization-related change such as international transfer, workforce planning, etc.
Requirements
• Proven record of HR experience in global company
• Passionate about HR career
• Great communication skills in both English and Japanese
