Job Description
職務内容 - The Position:
This is a Payroll/Mobility Specialist position.
The business’s constant expansion in Japan leads to an increase in the needs of its HR Team. They are looking for candidates who will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan branch’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. As a mobility expert, you will conceive practical and creative ways to support HR operational improvements.
Requirements
必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
• Corporate with the APAC HR team with talent mobility management advice.
• Provide support to discussions between employees and managers regarding regulation revisions.
• Manage payroll-related data and provide necessary support for on/off-boarding inquiries.
• Capable of working in both English and Japanese on a daily basis.
