職務内容 - The Position:
This is an HR Specialist position. It provides an HRBP career path, especially for HR operation candidates.
The business's constant expansion in Japan leads to an increase in the needs of its HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates who will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan branch’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. As a member of the HR team, you will conceive practical and creative ways to create and contribute your ideas in providing the best people experience. The position will also be dedicated to taking care of 1-2 business divisions as HRBP as a career path.
仕事内容- Daily task
• Managing employee attendance, payroll & compensation programs.
• Advising on updating company work rules and solving labor issues to meet compliance requirements.
• Providing administrative mobility assistance for international transfer from visa application to benefit negotiation.
• Leading and participated in various HR projects to drive current HR procedures.
• Working with cross-functional stakeholders to meet business goals both operational and strategically.
• Other tasks related to HR.
• 社内外の各部門担当と連携し、会社のビジネス目標を達成する
• 勤怠管理、ファイルと就業規則更新と人事システム運用、報酬プログラムへサポートする
• 海外転勤社員への各種サポート(ビザー申請からベネフィット交渉まで)
• 様々なHRプロジェクトをリードする
• その他、人事の多領域の業務(詳細は応相談)
Requirements
必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
• Working experience, in HR or payroll.
• Knowledge of HR disciplines and Japanese labor law.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Japanese.
• Value continuously learning and proactive, attention to detail.
• 給与計算、または人事領域経験
• 日本の労働法に関する知識、または勉強意欲がある方
• 高い日本語と英語コミュニケーション能力を持ち社内外と良好な関係構築ができる
