Job Summery
在庫管理。資金管理。全国の店舗売上売掛金管理。支払買掛金管理。決算書作成。消費税、法人税の管理。関係会社間の取引管理。外部監査対応。SOX対応。
Duty and Responsibilities
当社の社員、また、セクション所属員として、ディレクター、シニアマネージャーおよびマネージャーの指揮監督の下、セクションの分掌業務を実行する。
a. Monthly closing and reporting 月次決算/本社へのレポート
(Flash report, Sales Analysis, Monthly Financial Package, etc.)
Prepare daily/monthly accounting会計入力
b. Year end closing, Japan GAAP closing, Tax return 年次決算、商法決算、税務申告
在庫棚卸、年次決算(S-GAAP)、会計監査、商法決算/税務申告、税務申告準備、税務申告監査
c. Sales/AR 売上/売掛金管理
セールスレポート、売上入力、顧客前受金・クレジットカード入金管理、売掛金管理
d. AP/Payment and Treasury/Tax 支払管理/現金管理
業者請求書チェック、支払データ入力、送金、ｷｬｯｼｭﾌﾛｰ報告、銀行管理、税金
e. Fixes Assets 固定資産、在庫、関連会社取引管理
f. Inventory 在庫管理
g. I/C control 関連会社取引管理
h. Budget 予算編成、予算管理、差異分析
i. SOX 内部統制対応
j. Systems 会計システム、経費システム、基幹システム導入対応
k. Ad hoc projects 特別プロジェクト
l. Others その他
