THE JOB

Manage team of 3 who are in charge financials of each factory
Lead team responsible for managing, reporting, and analyzing the financials of the multiple fresh Processing Centers (PC)
Partner with Corporate FP&A to ensure PC’s plans and forecasts are correctly incorporated, and the performance is properly reported
Implement, maintain, and improve the standard-based financial systems supporting the PCs
Ensures business targets and needs are being met by conducting ongoing analysis of process constraints, target costing projects, margin analysis, and cost activity analysis
Present forecast and actual performance at the necessary level of details for the management team to understand the trends and make decisions. Identify trends/issues and recommend corrective actions
Create systems and tools to deliver timely and cost-effective costing information to management
Perform analysis, develop financial business
REQUIREMENTS
5-10 years of accounting/finance or industrial engineering experience
Excellent analysis skills
Ability to collaborate with a multi-department team
