THE JOB
- Main tasks include cash receipt processing and credit control.
- It is essential to complete assigned day-to-day and period–end activities precisely and effectively and in compliance with group rules/ processes.
- Proper handling of cash (including cash at bank) is one of the key requirements in the law firms where client money is handled, and good understanding of the rules and strict compliance with them is required.
- Responsibility also includes other activities to assist the team's delivery of accounting activities to the firm as described in the following section.
REQUIREMENTS
- A university degree or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
- High attention to detail and accurate processing skills.
- Effective team player - Demonstrate positive and co-operative interaction with team members. Always remember the importance of delivery as a team.
