Responsibility:
- Operation, coordination, and management of head office functions
- Support of business requiring company-wide coordination (in-house mail, security cards, etc.)
- Negotiation and conclusion of contracts with outside vendors.
- Development of medium- and long-term office plans
Requirements:
- Possession of financial knowledge is an advantage
- Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Flexibility to respond to changes in situations and the environment and to handle unusual events.
- Logical thinking for consistent promotion of business.
- Bilingual Japanese and English (TOEIC 600 or higher)
