THE JOB
• Planning: Budget, and two mid-term revisions: internal timing management, data gathering and plot into Excel models, simulations, data upload, ad hoc analyses and presentation;
• 5-year plan: internal timing management, data gathering and plot into Excel models, simulations, data upload, ad hoc analysis and presentation;
• Marginality analyses: forex, pricing, discounts, product mix, volume, etc impacts;
• Monthly closing: running of the data and upload into the systems, and inventory check and analyses and presentation;
• Profitability analyses for new stores opening (proprietary financial modelling);
• Pricing process: marginality check, and prompt liaise with all the stakeholders;
• Monthly rolling cash flow forecast and analysis;
• Daily liaising with HQ for inter-company items;
• Inventory management: devaluation (Inventory Reserve) analysis/calculation both for month closure and for planning;
• Cost gap analysis for each departments;
• Ad hoc reports and KPIs;
• Purchase Orders’ control: liaising with Sales department and Logistics department providing needed information;
• If needed, support to the Accounting department;
REQUIREMENTS
• At least 4 years of experience in similar/relevant position
• Proficient in Excel, MS office
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
