職務内容 The PositionThis is an HR & GA manager position Their business expansion leads to the need of a strong manager talent in their HR team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the responsibility for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function. The right candidate will implement strong initiatives and align the HR strategy. Finally, this position manages supervisor and staff level employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management.
必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and ExperienceDevelops and administers various human resources plan and procedures.
Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
Implements and annually updates the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures
Working closely with Talent director regarding recruitments and trainings.
Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures.
