Main Responsibilities
• Manage scheduling for Country Manager and Director
• Set up and coordinate internal and external meetings
• Coordinate business trip with peer EAs for visitors from outside JP
• Arrange business trip for Country Manager and Director
• Make expense report or Country Manager and Director
• Manage office supply inventory for the team
• Support making document for presentation
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of work experience as Executive assistant in global fast moving company.
• Independence and flexibility
• Superior verbal and written communications skills
• High attention to detail
• Japanese and English language proficiency required
