Director - Finance Business Partner

RESPONSIBILITIES
·         Participate in the strategic planning activities and work with business unit leaders to develop financial strategies and plans that will contribute to profitable business growth and sustainable competitive advantage
·         Evaluate the financial aspects of proposed acquisitions, investments, mergers or the sale of assets of businesses
·         Plan the financial operational activities of the organization
·         Establish and direct the organization’s financial administrative activities and operation procedures to ensure the organization’s profits are protected
·         Direct and coordinate economic research, major feasibility studies involving detailed financial analysis and estimates of future returns on proposed investments
·         Represent the organization in dealings with the organization’s bankers, legal advisers, major clients and others as required
·         Control activities such as taxation, credit policy, cash flow and investment policy, costing and expense control, preparation of tenders, audits administration of contracts, insurance arrangements and property administration
·         Coordinate the development, implementation and monitoring of financial account and related systems

IDEAL REQUIREMENTS
·         University degree in Finance / Accounting
·         Working experience in multinational companies environments
·         Previous working experience in FMCG (marketing / sales) desired
·         Effective communications skills
